Places we passed through

All of the states had differentiating factors that made them unique. My dad and I were on the road for about 12 hours. Although it was long, it was not miserable. It did not bother me one bit because the ride was beautiful. We took a lot of scenic routes. I saw lots of folage, mountains, beautiful fields, cities, etc. We passed through many states.

• → Kentucky

What I Saw

We went through many states. Because we chose to take scenic routes more than opting to go on the highway, I got to truly see what the states were like. Illinois was mostly empty flat fields. Once we reached Indiana, we got out of the car and walked around the city. Indianapolis was a very happening city. It was nice and clean and there were a lot of people walking around the streets. Ohio was made up of fields. West Virginia is where things started to change. West Virginia had lots of hills and was not flat land. West Virginia had lots of cute little towns and there were a lot of people. Kentucky was beautiful.
