Junior year was came and went way too fast. First semester classes were beyond difficult, like College Prep Writing and Hnrs. Voice of Human Rights. A lot of my time admittidly was spent campaigning for presidential, senatorial, and gubernatorial candidates, which actually led me to meeting VP Joe Biden! I stayed involved with Newspaper, Lit mag, and Diversity and got to lead a lot more than previous years The year was exciting because of all of the lasts to enjoy, like last Mission Week etc. I focused a lot on college essays and resumes and almost forgot I was still in high school at some points. I learned a lot this year especially because of all of the things I've had to say goodbye to, especially the safety of a high school environment.
